Cooking – chicken bolognese pasta

I followed the recipe from Jamie Oliver site

I alter recipe a little by using only 1can of purée, replaces with 400gm of fresh tomato;
Instead of beef and pork, I use chicken fillet and chopped it till fine.

Plus point is it has vege added and hidden inside,
Cons is lots of chopping to be done.

But worth it! Turns out yummy and nice!
