Lately been in mood for porridge. This morning I dash to the market to buy some roast pork bones烧猪骨 to cook porridge. This is a very simple and yummy meal to prepare.
Just need to use boil the pork bone in hot water briefly, then pour into a big pot with rice, water, and dried oyster干贝 to cook! Takes about 30min – 45 min. Best to go with some yau char Kuey!
