Baking – bacon egg cuppy

Cheated with frozen pastry. I made bacon egg cuppie.

Recipe:

1-Buy ready pastry from hypermarket.
2- defrost the pastry according to instruction, then put the pastry into a muffin tray, (the pastry should form a “cup” to pour ingredient inside.

3-beat 2 -3eggs, add 1 teaspoon of salt and little bit pepper, 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise. (Mayonnaise makes the egg taste heavenly!)

4-pour the egg mixture into the pastry, top up with a small slice of bacon,

5-bake in preheat oven at 230degree.
