After so long, I decided its time to try again. ..w
1- heat wok with some olive oil and stir fried the bacon briefly, add in celery and carrot. Stir fry for 7min.
2-add in minced pork (or chicken or beef). Cook until all minced pork is cooked. Add sessoning like soy sauce, salt, basil, nutmeg, oregano (whatever herbs u like).
3- pour in the tomato puree. Add little bit of red wine, and chicken stock. You can use chicken cube also. Bring to boil. And keep cooking for another 30min at mediums heat. Remember to stir occasionally.
4-pour a layer of sauce on the pan, top up with generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese, then place lasagna sheets on,
5-repeat step 4 till tray is full.
6- cover the tray with aluminum foil. Baked at 180degree for 35-45min. When ready, remove foil and bake for another 5min with top heat.
