Fried pork rib

I bought pork rib initially thinking to cook braised pork rib with pumpkin. I change my mind last minute and decided to cook something
Crispy to please the boys.

So I fried it instead! They love it! And despite hub is on diet and suppose to take his meal replacement, I save some for him and he gets to enjoy homecook dinner.
